We are a craft distillery dedicated to making a wide range of high-quality hand-crafted spirits. We distill all our spirits on the first floor in a grain to glass process using high locally sourced grains and the freshest fruits. We produce whiskeys (bourbon, rye and single malt), vodkas, gins, liqueurs and specialty spirits from around the world. All products are available for sale only at our location.

Upstairs we run a bar and restaurant serving gourmet sandwiches, dips, charcuteries, and desserts. Our craft cocktails use only spirits produced in our distillery. We have outdoor seating on two beautiful decks with the best views of Old Ellicott City, and we are dog friendly.

We offer sit-down meals and drinks, cocktails to go, samplings, bottle sales, mini tours, and distilling classes. Please come by and enjoy.
